Hello, my name is Katey and I just had my surgery on Feb 23rd, 2009. My highest weight was 404 and I am now down to 369. I am doing great and am blogging about it at http://journeyfromfattofabulous.blogspot.com/ if you would like to check it out. However, I am having some issues. I am having a hard time with not being able to get all my food in each day. Especially protein. I try to drink those protein shakes but YUCK is all I can say. Also I am so afraid of dumping that I stay away from anything that has much sugar in it and now I am dealing with cravings. Now another two issues has come up today. I am a moody beeeeotch and I am constipated. I am off all my diabetic and high blood pressure medications and am only on the pepcid and vitamins and am so afraid of taking any other medications that I don't know how they will react. Thanks so much for all your help. I am so excited to be apart of a support group finally.
