Hi my name is Francesca and I just had gastric bypass surgery four days ago. i got to come home from the hospital yesterday but Im so scared that i have made a bad decision doing this. I am in so much pain I can hardly move. I was wondering if anyone could make me feel better and tell me this is just normal! My stomach is very blotted and full of gas. I have been trying to move around as much as possible. I even walked on the treadmill today for 15 minutes (even though it was very painful) I guess im just looking for some people that have been through all this and can tell me what to expect on my journey. Thank you so much for taking out the time to read this and any response will be helpful.
