So I am about 4 months and 2 weeks out from my Rny I have lost 77lbs so far I started at 303lbs and am down to 226lbs the weight loss has significantly slowed down and I am worried that it is going to stop all together. I still can't eat and am working out more and more. I had complications with my surgery and so the weight loss started out kind of slow then it picked up now I am worried because I don't want to be fat anymore...Does anyone else feel this fear?
