I had my surgey on April 9th of this year & have lost 80lbs from 335lbs but am lucky to fit exercise in once a week. I know that if I don't get active this is all for nothing but w/working shift work kids ect. I always seem to find something more important to do. I need some words of wisdom from anyone else who is adverse to exercise please.. I'm sure that once I am back to being active I will love it but right now I need to find my way there.
