Okay, I thought I was going to be finished with the testing on 12/20/07. Instead I am having two more days of cardio testing due to a "blip" in the ekg and a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea. I don't know whether this is my age(62) or just that I have a surgeon who is very very very careful. I have been on lots of vitamens and minerals along with 90 grams of protein daily since late November and the surgery date is Feb. 5. Also at my appt. with the surgeon in late Nov. he told me to take off 26 pounds by my next appt., Jan 21, 2008. I am loosing some but am afraid I won't have that much off by then. Is this the norm? Talk about causing anxiety......they got me going.
