Hey yall I have one more doctor's, visit for Nov, with Medicare here in NC you have to go see your doctor once a month for your weight and talk about your weight problems and what u can do, well my last one is in the end of Nov, I wont be getting my surgery till around Feb, because of all the paper work and test that I have done and the test I have to do, I am still very excited though, I am trying to learn all I can on this bypass subject, and if you want to chat with me while im on please feel free to do so, I am a people person,and for last, I want to tell every one that god loves you and please take a moment out of your busy lives and thank him and praise him.

everything will be okay i'm in california i have medicare also and they approved it really quick. good luck on your journey.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
