I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
and been treated for high blod pressure for many years that i cn get it,, what is your inc's name, i had no problem its just here im on a waiting list of 3 months get my surgey feb,
If she is in a place where she has the strength to do that, then they are wrong and she should be able to get it. If she doesn't.. then it's just not the right time for her to get the surgery.
I don't mean to sound so callous and mean... I'm sorry!!!
If it is Dr.'s ( Psych or surgeon), that are not approving her for surgery then they might have valid reasons. This is not saying they will never give approval. It just means your friend will have to talk to them and see what they think she needs to do to change their mind(s).
If it is the Insurance Company that has denied approval, then they have reason, It will be written someplace on her letter of denial. If it is for psychiatric reasons, then it may be all she needs to do is get Psychiatric clearance first! This is usually just agreeing to some serious counseling.
In a nut shell, I have the same advice, she must appeal. Keep trying. She has to be the one to do it so they know she is committed to her decision.
God Bless!

But if they don't seem to have good reasons, by all means she should look around for different providers and get second opinions.
Good luck to your friend on finding out what's best for her.
