Ok so I am having a hard time sticking to the right foods I do well, but I wish I could just find a meal plan that tells me to eat such and such for breakfast then for a snack you can eat this or that, then lunch you will eat such and such. So I decided to make that meal plan myself, but I am finding it really hard to figure out different foods for breakfast. I use to be able to eat eggs, but I get up in just enough time to get ready for work and out the door so I dont have time to make eggs in the morning what else can I buy from the store that is good, also does anyone eat cereal? if so what kind is the best I would love a little bit of cereal, but worried about it getting stuck or something. Someone please help me.
