i know this surgery is a change for life. But i am curious, is there any point after you have this done that you can eat a normal diet. I don't mean over eating or pigging out but can you have a slice of pizza or eat a piece of pie or birthday cake on a holiday? Can you be very physical later ? swimming, hiking wrestling around with your kids or do you always have to be careful? Listening to everyone the diet seems so restrictive, is it forever or can you never eat with your family what they are eating? sorry so many questions. Everyone here seems to know from experience and trial and error. thank you
