Well, I've seen topics from A-Z on here, so I'm hoping this isn't too personal and that someone can help me with some advice or info. Since surgery, I've developed a rash that's been ongoing for a good 3 weeks or so. Maybe a hair longer. It's right in the groin region, wher the leg meets the body in the crease of the leg there, so it's hard to get out of bending that area to relieve it. Anyhow, it's red, very moist, has a horrid odor, burns sometimes. I am treating it as a yeast infection at this point cuz I've had them under my arms and the looks resemble it, the odor kinda tips me off to it as well. I've got Nystatin powder I was given and told to use for the under arm infections I'd get pre-op so I'm trying that treatment on this first as the doctor said it'd keep the area dry, but it's not keeping it dry at all. I clean it off with a moist wipe, dry it and then apply the powder 3 times a day as written on the prescription. I just started this treatment today and so far nothing is making a difference. In fact, the first application this morning made it burn something horrible! I'ma try the medicated powder through the weekend and if that doesn't work, I'll move onto the Nystatin cream I have that was given to me as well. I do see the doctor on Wednesday for a separate mysterious issue I've developed over the course of time as well, but that isn't related to this issue. I plan on talking to the doctor and having her look at this rash and give me an idea of how to treat it so it goes away. Sometimes the burning gets so bad I have to lay down with my legs apart or on my side with a pillow between my legs to get some air to the area, and it never dries out. The side of my underwere is damp all the time from being near it and I know it's not good to keep the dampness there either. I don't know if it's just from loosing stomach weight and the stomach is hanging different or what, but I never had this before surgery, so I can't figure it out or how to relieve it. Any advice, experience or ideas would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
