Hi yall!! well I dont see anyone I know so Ill introduce myself,Im sherry and I had gastric bypass on july 11,2005. I lost 123 lbs.and did well for a couple yrs.then last yr my mom found out she had brain cancer and was in the hospital and a nurcing home for almost a yr before she died.I lived on the go alot of that time and ended up gaining 50 lbs.so Ive just been so depressed and on new yrs eve it hit me!!!I looked terrible in everything I had!!! so dec. 29th I started going by the rules of the pouch,and walking a mile a day,hand weights and in almost 3 weeks I had dropped 23 lbs!!! I havent weighed in over a week now but plan to every 2 weeks.I feel better already,but I dont want to go back wards so Ill be checking in here every day if I can,just for support!!!

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
