I have taken tenderized steak... spray Pam in the skillet and seared the steak. Added a can of tomatos (diced) cut up green peppers and onions and grated carrots added them and then spiced it up with this Green Tea & Peppercorn seasoning I have. let it simmer for hours slow cooking. Letting the tomatoes and veggies cooked down to a sauce the steak. Going to eat some with a tbs of mashed potatoes and some field peas. about 2oz pc of steak and some field peas should be a good amount of protein.. NORMAL FOOD.. EXCITED. Suppose to be on soft foods... figuring it will be soft by the time i get it simmered for hours.
