One week post op, and I ventured to the grocery store with hubby. He was putting groceries in the back, and I got in and twisted somehow to start the car. Instant pain, made me cry, and I had to hold my left side. It's about 50% better now. Should I be worried? Everything seems to be going down and emptying just fine, and it does not hurt to eat. The area is still tender to touch, which makes me feel like it was muscular. Still, I'm worried.
