Hi all, I switched weight loss programs. I'm now in my 3rd month of required 6 month pre-surgery program. I need to lose 24 lbs. in next several months. Dr. said if I don't start losing I'll need to start liquid diet. I've had nutrition consult and behavior modification class. Next month is pre-op testing. I'm trying to get my eating and feelings under control. Alot of "why am I putting sh-t in my mouth when I'm not hungry?" "Why am I eating junk?" I schedule my pre-op pysch. consult after next Dr.visit. I'm hoping to be scheduled for surgery sometime in August if all goes well. I thank everyone of you for posting your stories and suggestions on this board. It a wonderful support. Thank you!
