Well it's offical I'm back, and I have to tell you it was a brezze, well here's the story:I went to the hospital at 5am Monday morning,March 24th 2008,after waiting about 30 mins. I was called in to pre-op along with my mom, they hsd me get into the gown anwser some questions, and then gave me my first shot(I hate shot's like you wouldn't believe)in my belly it was a blood thinner but I couldn't even feel it in fact this hospital practice's something called low pain management and it showed,it was perfect for a whimp like me...lol any way I got to surgery prep where the run your vidals and hook you up to an IV and they even give you a numbing agent before they give you an IV I love this place!!!I was wheeled into surgery which was a fun ride I must admit,It made me think of how I will be able to go on rollercoasters again..I was in the room and within five mins. I was out I woke up in recovery, and all I heard was the nurse say your fine, and we had to give you a shot to bump up your heartrate, but you will be going to your room you did great,I was in my room and still drowsey, but buy 5pm that day I walk about 6 laps around the hospital,I felt good just drowsey,it was the same for the next day too,but I went to an baratric workout class they had as well as walked some more got my shot's and labs and had the cathiter(I no I spelled it wrong I called it the peep bag)removed, they also put that in while I was under anasteshia,,,sweet!!!On the thrid day my doctor came in and woke me up and said you did really well,In fact you were the best case I think I ever had,and it's all because you lost the weight you did before surgery,I don't see why you can't go home frist thing in the morning,I was happy,I walked and got my blood thins still but no pain, and I finally go to shower!!!So thursday march 27th was here,my doctor came in 7am sharp and said are you ready to get outta here!!!!I said show me where to sign!!!lol...I got all signed out and opted out to leave on a wheelchair I decided to walk out which turned out to be to much for me after I got off the elevator I felt dizzy and I just fell and fainted in the lobby,Dang...I was almost out!!!They came I woke like a second after I fell and I got on a wheelchair and they rolled me up stairs to run some test...everything came back fine,They said I was a little happy about leaving and also my calorie intake was low,They gave me some jello had me walk then wheeled me out to my car and I was drove home!!!HOME SWEET HOME! so happy to be writting you this email from home,I woke to day I feel great,My leg musle hurts alittle but walking helps it,I got like a charlehorse, but everything looks good and fine and I can't wait to see the new me...YEAH!!!ALSO THANKS TO ALL OF YOU ON THE SITE FOR ALL YOUR KIND THOUGHT'S AND WORDS AND PRAYERS,THEY HELPED ME GET THOUGH THIS...I will be doing another video blog on here and on youtube,by this monday so look for it...Thank You again,Sincerly,Daniel
