Its been three weeks and I'm on solid food, we eat out a lot and so it's weird always taking a box home with you and getting weird looks. I'm never hungry, I simply eat for the habbit and taste. So far I've lost 23 lbs...no more foot pain and my knees feel better. It's funny though I usually would lose the weight on my face and belly first. This time my belly seems to be stubborn, my back and legs and face lost it, but theres my big old belly still hanging tough.Guess its time to kick it into high gear with some weights and much more exercise!!
