So, I'm 9 months out now and have done great. Lost approximately 140lbs. And while my appetite has increased I am still losing weight at a steady pace (albeit slower than before, naturally) but over the past couple of weeks I find myself hungry hungry hungry! I can tell though still, that I have to eat much less than I could in the old days (of course) but for example, just now I had a half cup of cottage cheese and a quarter cup of cashews and I still feel like I could eat something! Is it normal to be able to eat this much at 10 months out?
