I never tried Hummus before surgery but since it's the perfect texture for the pureed stage and it's a good source of protein I thought I'd give it a try. I've tried the Spinach Artichoke, Tomatoe Basil and Pine Nut flavors and while I like them, they all taste the same to me. Hummus seems to have this very strong almost mayonnaise type of flavor to it. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to "tone down" the strong flavor. I added silken tofu and that worked well, just wondering if anyone has tried anything different. Thanks!
