Wondering how much exercise those of you that have had the surgery have done post-op. I plan on getting a routine going, but because of where I live, out in BFE, I don't have a gym close enough to go to every day and my kids' schedules also won't allow that. Wondering if people that have started walking and doing some other exercises at home are successful also. Please let me know. I know that exercise is going to be the most important part of being successful after the surgery. Only have 8 days to get it figured out what I am going to do afterward. Thanks for all your advice and information as I have prepared to have this surgery done. God bless all of you!!!!
