I know by reading the post that is not unusual to stall around 3 weeks out. I was losing 1.2 pounds per day before that and when I hit 3 weeks I stalled and was not overly worried. I figured in a couple of days the scale would start moving again. Well it's been 10 days. I am now over anxious and worried. How long does a stall last? I know I don't eat enough to gain weight so what exactly is my body doing with the weight that should be coming off? I am getting a bit frustrated. I have upped my exercise and get enough protein (60 -75 per day). Like I said I know it's normal but 10 days is a long time. Has it been that long of a stall for any of you? I did lose 3 inches but I need to see the pounds go down. thanks
