i am having a hard time getting my protein in. I have tried all kinds of the protein powders and have a hard time with them..... I don't care for them. Anyone got any suggestions? Can anyone give me suggestions? How are you guys getting protein. I am not a huge meat eatter either. I feel like I am eatting all the wrong things and I need help. I am not losing any weight right now and I need help and I think a big portion of it is not getting the protein that I need. I am really good at getting my water in, I exercise and all that but I just need some suggestions : )...... Thanks everyone.
