Waist up I'm boney- waist down a little weight on my thighs and nice calves. Tried to talk to nutr and she's useless- group leader said to talk to doc- he got irritated I guess that I conveyed our displeasure with her (we can't talk in group either about that) and he said when you get to 110 we'll negotiate your diet. At first he said don't get below 130 I looked good at 150. If I try to bumpup my calories it puts me to sleep. I take everything I'm told - not sure if I should add more carbs and if so, how do you stay awake.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things.
