I just found it yesterday and wow- Im so happy I can relate to others. I have my dad here who had the surgery 4 yrs ago but things were so different with his and my experiences. My surgery was Dec 31st and to date I have lost about 25 lbs. My main concern (aside from being healthier then ever!) is skin- I want to know if anyone has some good advice on certain exercises to prevent or minimiize hanging skin? Im worried because I have always had big arms :( So if anyone has some key exercises to suggest Im all ears!
