Okay -- I did it to myself!! Trying to make sure I am prepared for this new life, researching, emailing, reading, questioning, trying to gather all the knowledge I can-so I am successful! But guess what--I am making myself even crazier! Hope you guys can help!! I have family members from both sides who have undergone WLS. I am thinking they all had Lap GBS and I found out that three of them has DS. Now I am questioning whether I am having the right procedure and surgery is scheduled for 10/29!!! Can anyone tell me what the major diferences are and the affect on eating food?? Also what qualifies you for DS in comparison to qualifications for GBS??? Debbie
