I recently went back to work substitute teaching, and have two sons in football 5 nites a week, and I am having a lot of trouble getting into a routine. I got home from work today and was cooking supper and found my morning pills in my pocket, I had never taken them. I am not able to get enough fluids in because I forget to drink or don't take time to. I have been back in the hospital once for dehydration and do not want to go back again. My first day back to work I got a piece of food stuck because I forgot to chew it well. Help me, anyone having a similar situation?Any helpful hints out there????

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
