Hi everyone, I would love some advice. I have not had the gastric bypass surgery yet but I'm trying to get ready for it and I can't stop eating. for example i had 1/2 pork chop two table spoons of mashed potatos and some corn. Then about two hours later I had 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and some pear slices on top, then two hours later i had low fat yogart. I just can't stop eating today. Does anyone have any ideas.
