Ok, I have a question. I know what my doctor told me about getting in the proper amount of protein, which I am per what he told me. However I notice that I am still having alot of hair loss. I had all my vitamin levels done via blood testing and I came out right on target. But I still am having the hair loss (thank GOD for thick-thick hair which I have had all my life or I think I would be bald by now). I am asking everyone: How many grams of protein per day did your doctor tell you to get into your system? Hope you all can help me out here to eliminate my worries. I am also told that once the loss slows down my hair will replenish itself, at this point I just don't know and it is scary. Thanks Teri

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
