Going to the Bar..is there anything I can have?

I am not a drinker by any means especially since I had the sleeve surgery. I have learned to go the the bar with my friends and I simply ordered orange juice instead of drinks. This made me feel awesome, I got to go out with them and not harm by body with all the toxins and calories alcohol has in it. I now have had gastric bypass and am staying away from sugar, I have no desire to ever find out if I have dumping syndrome. Is water my only choice now when I go the bar or is there anything else I can have? Just looking to see if there are any creative suggestions.

the only other thing I could think of is you could order diet soda, but put some salt in it to kill the carbonation. Yuck, that even sounds gross to me! Lol!
I guess, tomato juice, or water! I believe the tomato juice would be "No Sugar Added" so the sugars you'd get from it would be "Natural".
Mostly the problem with going to bars is fitting the drinks to our diet. They just don't fit. so the alcohol is bad for our pouch, the carbonated beverages are out for the same reason, and we need to avoid sugar...doesn't really leave much left!
Sorry!
God Bless!
