Has anyone has GBS and have thyroid problems? I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed several years ago. I have to take synthroid and am concerned that it will be hard to regulate my thyroid hormone after surgery. Will I still be able to take these pills? Anyone?

I have severe thyroid dz and will be having surgey on the 18th of December. It shouldn't be a problem. When we take replacement hormone we are just taking something that everyone else has naturally so it usually never matters what other drugs we are taking or anything else. Except of course it very important that we dont take it simultaniously with some drugs because it lessens the efficacy of it sometimes.
