Hi, I am 11 month post op. I have lost 100 pounds and have been doing fine. I have been eating regular food for along while. Now when I going walking I get uncontrollable gas. It is of course embarrassing and I think I might have to quit. I go with other people and it's at a park with lots of people around. Is there anything I can take right before to control it? I have the problem at home too but not worried about that. I hate to have to exercise by myself, it's hard to stay going. Any ideas would be appreciated.
