I have a question. I am almost 7 months postop and I have lost 118lbs. I have been at a stand still this week. I am sure every now and then we hit a plateau so I am trying not to concern myself to much. My question is I have introduced some pasta in my diet. I try to make it the lower carb higher protein stuff. Also at times I can eat more than a cup of food. Is that normal do you think? Does anyone else eat pasta or bread? How many Carbs and calories do you think I should be eating a day at this point? I still have about 160lbs to remove.
