hi, I just wanted to share. I went to my psych evaluation this morning. She was really nice and went over what was needed from step one to surgery.. i see a doctor on Friday this week, start behavior classes next week (1 per week for 4 weeks) and go to two meetings on the 19th. Just a few medical test because I have recently done alot of test they require and follow up then surgery. All classes and test have been scheduled for the next 4-6 weeks. The doctor said that everything including the insurance approval should take no more that 3-4months. I really am excited (and scared) but this website has helped me so much. I read everything all the way back to last year and did so much research, I feel good in my decision. I do hope it goes as smoothly as it seems, i know from reading the post how things can drag on and that waiting is so hard, I am having gastric bypass at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston. Thanks, just wanted you to know how much your posting and advice mean to people they check in here. GOD BLESS!!!!
