hello all, well i am 3 days post op ,had open GB from Dr. Warnock in north texas, Awesome surgeon btw highly recognized ... well all is good except its still hard to cough so bad i hadnt really done it but once ..lol,, but i use my spirometer thing alot and do lots of walking... i dont know why but its like my body wont let me cough, the one time i did it was because some water went down wrong and had no choice but man did i hate to do it .. oh well anyways i was 276 pre op,, and was 268 today ,,,healthy all my life no health issues , just wanted to do it befor i got old and could possibly have to deal with other complications ,,sorry about the bad punctation lol,,, oh ya im 28

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
