What do you do when family or friends think that if you just changed your lifestyle or tried harder that you shouldn't need surgery? I've tried so many things over the years and always gain the weight back. I'm seeing a surgeon on March 30 to discuss gastric bypass and I'm excited to schedule surgery. I know it's not a "quick fix", but I know it will help me reach my goal and it will help me change my lifestyle. What do you do when people think you're taking the easy way out?
