I have a wonderful husband that works offshore for 4 weeks at a time, he is home for 2 then back out for 4. What I have noticed is the 2 weeks he has been home I haven't worked out, I haven't gotten enough protein, I haven't taken all my vitamins, it is like my whole schedule gets thrown off. We stay running the streets with the kids the whole time he is home. He trys to encourage me to go to the gym, but I feel guilty not spending time with him. He needs to go to the gym, but he has some health issues that "excuse" him from going. I am beating myself up over falling off track, because I actually gained 1 pound while he has been home. Any suggestions?????

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
