i am not post op 9 weeks now from the gastric and i am down 50 lbs. I am a nurse who works on a floor that is pretty heavy. i have been noticing that i am having poor balance and the other day- i fainted. I drink almost over 2L of water everyday plus my protein shake. I am 228 now so I thought that should be enough to keep me going. When i run, i drink way more. I had to go back to the ER for dehydration. Has this happened to anyone else? or can anyone give me some tip or some advice? you guys are so great here; i mean it
