Thursday morning I stretched in bed and heard a "pop" then came instant pain. I forced myself back to sleep with the mind set that I will deal with it when I have to get up.... When 8am came around, I got out of bed and got my daughter ready for school. I called the nurse line around 6pm to see what I was able to take for the pain. When I called the nurse she told me to go into urgent care or the ER just incase I had a herneated disc. I had a friend drive me to urgent care (my pain was on the right side so I was worried about driving)and the Dr. told me I must have pulled a muscle, gave me a muscle relaxer and sent me home. My question is, what excersises could I possibly do without hurting my back even more but also strengthen my muscles without making my problem even worse?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
