I'm starting a new goal of putting 20 minutes of exercise into my day. Now, I walk to the mailbox almost every day, which is a total of 5 minutes of movement for me. Granted it's not a lot, and I move rather slowly yet, it's movement outside of my normal housework routine. What I was wondering is if anyone else here has a home routine that doesn't require exercise equipment that is fairly easy to do because I'm at 333 pounds right now and while I'm moving better, I can't do anything that requires me to get on the floor and exercise yet. I have a lot of problems getting up from there. I do have hand weights and can throw in 5 minutes of those, but I'd still have 10 minutes of something to do. I can't afford a treadmill or exercise bike or anything, and it's too cold to go walking outside and I get bored with walking in place really easily, so I'm not sure what to do at this point. If there are any awesome low impact exercise DVDs out there, I'd love to hear of them. I could look for it next month when I get paid at the start of the month. Right now I have a kick boxing one which is too high impact for this time. Just looking for some simple ideas of things I can until the weather is warmer in a couple months allowing me to get out on the road walking, and until I have a new car (mine has a leaky break line) so I can get to the gym again. Any ideas or suggestions would be more then appreciated and I thank you guys in advance!
