So im five weeks post op and have not heard alot of people talk about carbs. They simply scare me. I will look at a receipe and I see the carb count and I skip over it. I just dont know what is a good amount of carbs to have and what isnt. My nut. is very specific that we stick with the list shes provided us but im only eating twice a day and thats usually only 2 oz. We have a food log and we hve to fill it out with proterin calories and fats. But what about those darn carbs???? Any help would be great.
