Hi guys just wondering if others are struggling like I am. I am 2 1/2 post surgery and am still eating alot smaller portions than I was prior to surgery. I am eating more than I was just after the surgery, but not too much. What I am doing though is eating too fast and I always feel sick afterwards. I try to remind myself to chew chew chew and put the fork down, but it is hard. I find it even more difficult when I am eating with someone else. I hate the sick feeling and even throw up from it sometimes. Does anyone else experience this? How do get yourself to slow down? Why does the sick feeling happen just from eating at my old pace? Yuk!!!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
