I am almost two years out on my surgery. I have found that if I don't stick to my schedule, I get terribly sick. On Friday night, I didn't eat till 9pm after not eating since 12pm. I was sick all night and most of Saturday. Still kind of recovering from it and its Monday. I am also finding that when I don't eat I get really really irritable. Then I get confused and not sure where I am. My dad was a diabetic and it is very similar to his symptoms when he had too much sugar. Could me symptoms be because of the lack of sugar? I did have snacks with me (cheese and crackers and a granola bar) but they really didn't help. They would work for some time but only for short durations. Any advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
