I have started the process and in the beginning of december I will have had my 3rd nutrition appointment making me at the half way point i have given up regular soda started chewable vitamins they are haoorible and chewable calcium the citracal creamy bits but they are next to impossibke to find. I was to be exercising for 5 minutes 3 times a week and did ok but was to increase to ten minutes 3 times a week and have actually stopped exercising and i have not been packing my lunch as i was supposed to three times a week has any one else been given small goals during the nutrion appointments and what happens if i don't follow?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
