I've been a little discouraged lately, because I feel like I'm not losing fast enough. I just hit 3 months and I'm down 50 lbs. Does this sound like I'm on track? I have been walking at least 2 miles almost everyday and the weight just seems to be moving so slow. I eat mostly just protein, because I can never seem to get enought in. I get about 60g a day. Other than that I might have one spoon of veggies and I eat yogurt for breakfast. This is my third week walking and the first 2 I was at a plateau, last week I lost 3. I decided to only weigh once a week, so I haven't weighed this week.
