Hi Everyone,
I have some dental work scheduled and they have to put me out for it. Just the pill and what they call twilight sleep. They are going to start on Dec. 19th and finish in two more visits in Jan/Feb, also twilight sleep.
Here's the question, I just got a call that my surgeon can get me in on Christmas Eve, the 24th for the bypass. Of course I want to jump at it but I'm wondering about the pill for twilight sleep in Jan/Feb. Will I be recovered enough by then and will I be able to be put out so to speak after bypass?
Thanks for any info...

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Now Im 1 month post op and my Dr has told me I cant take any meds without crushing for 3 months, you have to give the pouch time to recover, I would jsut call your Drs office and ask them about this "twilight sleep" and see what they would recommend, I was feeling great within a week but everyone is different. I personaly feel that the best way would be to just ask about it and Im sure they will give you any info needed.. :-) Good Luck hun your on your way to a great Life..
