Feeling a little better today, I had a visiting nurse come to my house and change the dressings on my drain, she will come everyday until the drain is removed wich will hopefully be Monday 7-18 at my first follow up appt. I am sipping and sipping to try to get all my fluids in and pacing the house because they want you walking and doing my breathing exercises with the incentive sperometer....my bedroom looks like a hospital room, I have meds, slupplies and charts everywhere to fill out...lol...this is a full time job and Im so happy that I have the visiting nurse to help a little, I want to try to take a shower today but im still very nervous about it because of the drain in my abdoman. I just pray that I can keep feeling a little better each day and get through this without any complications as that is my biggest fear..I have heard of so many people having complications even many many months down the road and I just dont think I could handle it. I am so glad that I have this group to come to because no one understands unless they have been there
