As far as vitamins, my doctor recommended Flintstones Complete because they are chewable.
My doc said I could cut the pills if they were hard to swallow but reminded me that the stoma was about the diameter of a quarter so the whole pills would do fine. I noticed with the large pain meds...Cutting them in half made them work faster. I had been using lortab liquid but it made me nauseated. He said really most pills would be fine but he too recommended a chewable vitamin. I use Centrum twice a day, a calcium chew because they are nice and swallowable. Of course I did not use them while on the liquid portion of my diet for 3 weeks. My surgeon also carries a line of bariatric chewables. I use vitamin B complex with B12 sublingually and I added a beta carotene with vitamin K as I noticed my night vision was having problems. I got a nice little gel tab for that. I am 4 weeks out and feel great. I am keeping my protein suppliment up however. Many don't but I think this is key. I am getting about 100 grams a day. 80 of it is suppliment because I know with the volume of food I am consuming, it is impossible to get all of the protein your body needs! Good Luck!

these vitamins can all (except for the sublingual B-12) be gotten in chewable form, this is how I use them because I don't swallow pills well.
The pricing is competitive for the market here, and they have a program allowing for discounts for larger orders.
God Bless!

Most of the time I crush my vitamins and add them to either my protein shakes or into some juice to get them down fast.
I never did cut or crush my pills (although I only take lamictal and klonapin, and they are small)
had to crush my pills from the beginning. I like Flintstones Complete. I found them to be the best tasting of the chewables that i have tried.
