So I am 11 months out and down to goal and loving life....with the exception of the Cheez-It monkey that is on my back. About 3 weeks ago walking down the isle of the grocery store I told myself a lie that I could eat just one serving a day of Cheez-Its and it was no big deal...3 weeks and 3 boxes later I guess I have to face the fact the monkey needs to go and this is a food that I have no willpower over. I am sad to admit this because I think that I have made soooo many positive changes and gotten to goal and am soooo much healthier. I am going to try to look at it as there are probably more foods out there that could do this, next time it won't take me three weeks to see the danger of the monkey. Do you have any monkeys on your back?
