Hi All. had my first visit with the surgeon. went in and asked for a band because he does either, he told me i only get one chance at this and due to my weight of 330 lb he thinks i should have GPS, and sent me home to think about it, i have to se him in 2 weeks. i chose the band because its less intrusive, and i wanted to get back to work in two weeks as thats all the holidays i have left, and i feel as if i shouldnt be on sick leeve, as its my fault im in this position. i scared to even tell my employer or anyone that im having it done. and im worried about taking the vitimins all the time, is that easy to get used to.i feel a failure for getting like this, i dont want to make this a failure as well. is GBS easy to get used to,sorry for going on. but i have no one else who could possibly undestand.
