Just a question on boils...I got them pre-op a little, not real often. I've never really figured out how to get rid of them and decreasing the pain on them despite my research, so I guess I haven't looked on the right sites I guess. I now have another one starting under my right arm, right before the arm pit. I can feel it when my arm is down and it's irritating, but not super painful unless I press on it. I know when I press on it and if I feel a core, it's a boil. And it's a big red spot and I think I can feel it, but because of the loose skin I've got under my upper arms, it's hard to tell. I dunno if anyone else here has dealt with boils, but if you have, could you advise in any direction on how you handled it? I've had one, five and a half years ago, on the inside of my upper leg that had to be lanced and I so don't wanna endure another lancing. It was so painful. I want to try and elimiate this problem without another lancing of it. If you have any experience to share, I'd appreciate it!
