So now that I have become more relaxed about eating I have fallen into the traps of old habits. I was eating my turkey sausage link for breakfast and chatting with my son when I swallowed a larger than normal piece. Apparently it wasn't well chewed. OMG! Is this blocking...this rock-in-my-upper-stomach-pain-in-my-side feeling? Do I just wait this out? I tried to throw up but to no avail. Does it pass on it's own?
